What is The Mule about?

This document is a play written in Spanish. It follows the story of Doña Tomasa who is trying to sell her old mule. In scene one, her servant Juana is drinking and dancing. In scene two, Doña Tomasa tells her daughter Luz María that she has decided to sell the mule since it is too old. Multiple people come to inquire about buying the mule, but Doña Tomasa scares them away by describing outrageous things the mule does and needs, like eating alfalfa and kicking. By the end, no one has bought the mule.
