Can I read Adsorption of Cinnamaldehyde at the Mercury-water Interface on EtoBox?

Adsorption of Cinnamaldehyde at the Mercury-water Interface by D. Gonzalez-Arjona; R. Andreu; M. Rueda is a Chemistry article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Adsorption of Cinnamaldehyde at the Mercury-water Interface about?

The adsorption of cinnamaldehyde from aqueous 1 M KC1 has been determined by means of differential capacity, zero charge potential and maximum surface tension measurements. A Frumkin isotherm is obeyed with a = 2.4, corresponding to repulsive mteraction, and F s = 3.5 × 10-10 mol cm-2 whtch is independent of potential in the range -350/-750 inV. The standard free energy of adsorption is a quadratic function of potential with maximum adsorption occurring at the potential of zero charge. The interaction of the molecular dipole w~th the electric field and the partial charge transfer between the electrode and the adsorbate are considered.
