This study investigates the effectiveness of nanosized dicalcium silicate (DCS) and tricalcium silicate (TCS) materials in forming intratubular crystals to reduce dentin hypersensitivity. Results showed that these materials significantly decreased dentin permeability over time and the formed crystals were resistant to acid challenges. The findings suggest that DCS and TCS could be promising desensitizers for managing dentin hypersensitivity.
