About this document

Bhaddekaratta Sutta: An Auspicious Day by Ayurvashita is a document available to read on EtoBox.

The Buddha teaches the monks that one who has had an auspicious day is someone who: 1) Does not dwell on or get attached to the past or place expectations on the future. 2) Focuses on the present moment and sees things clearly as they are without internal or external attachments. 3) Lives each day ardently doing their duty, as tomorrow death may come and there is no bargaining with it. 4) Whoever lives fully in the present moment both day and night has truly had an auspicious day.
