The study investigates the effects of creatine phosphate (CrP) supplementation on anaerobic working capacity (AWC) and body weight (BW) in men and women over two and six days. Results indicate that CrP loading significantly increased AWC in men after both 2 days (23.8%) and 6 days (49.8%) compared to a placebo, while women showed no significant interactions. Additionally, body weight increased over time, with men experiencing a greater increase than women.
