Textual analysis to identify the sentiment about a topic or, a user analysis to identify the actors involved on a discussion, can be very important for the persons or institutions that have to take an important decision. In this paper we analyze the case study of the #nuevoaeropuerto in Mexico City to highlight the importance of conducting a study of this nature.
