What is Raffles v. Wichelhaus Case Summary about?

The plaintiff and defendants entered into a contract for the sale of cotton that was to arrive from Bombay on a ship called the "Peerless." However, two ships by that name sailed from Bombay - one in October and one in December. The defendants intended the ship sailing in October but the plaintiff delivered cotton that arrived on the December ship. The court ruled that there was no meeting of the minds between the parties since they meant different ships, and therefore no enforceable contract existed. Judgm
