The study evaluates the effectiveness of non-financial incentives on immunization rates among children aged 1-3 in rural Rajasthan, India, comparing two interventions: reliable immunization camps with and without incentives. Results showed that while improving service reliability modestly increased immunization rates, small incentives significantly boosted uptake, with full immunization rates reaching 39% in incentivized villages compared to 6% in control villages.
