This study examines the relationship between group development levels and health-related aspects of work life, including work satisfaction, emotional exhaustion, and sick leave, within a Swedish manufacturing company. Results indicate a strong correlation between group maturity and work satisfaction, a moderate correlation with emotional exhaustion, and a weaker link with sick leave. The findings suggest that improved group development can enhance employee well-being and reduce burnout and absenteeism.
