Time Inc. is revising its policies for commissioned photography. Beginning January 1, 2016: - Photographers will be paid standardized rates set by Time Inc. for reuse of photos across its brands. - Photographers who have not already signed cross-brand agreements will be offered new agreements granting Time Inc. and its brands broad rights to reuse photos commissioned by any Time Inc. publication. - Existing agreements between photographers and individual Time Inc. brands will be terminated and replaced
