What is Leg Ulcer Management Case Study about?

This case study describes a 45-year-old man referred to the hospital for management of a leg ulcer. He has a history of HIV and is on antiretroviral treatment. On examination, he has a fever and infected leg wound oozing pus. He is diagnosed with an infected leg ulcer. The plan is to admit him, debride the wound, and start intravenous antibiotics and analgesics.
