This study evaluated visual outcomes and patient satisfaction following AcrySof® IQ Vivity® IOL implantation in 63 patients after cataract surgery. Results showed that 93.6% achieved a distance visual acuity of 6/9 or better, with high satisfaction rates (88.8%) and minimal complaints of glare or other visual disturbances. The findings suggest good distance and intermediate vision post-surgery, although many patients required near-vision aids for optimal performance in close activities.
