This study evaluated the efficacy of neoadjuvant dostarlimab, a PD-1 blocking agent, in patients with early-stage mismatch repair–deficient (dMMR) solid tumors. Results showed that 84 out of 103 patients who completed treatment achieved a clinical complete response, with 82 opting for nonoperative management, and a 2-year recurrence-free survival rate of 92%.
