Thirty subjects will be blindfolded and walk down a 30-foot blue tape line while wearing earplugs. Their distance walked and any veering off the line will be measured. Sample mean, standard deviation, and 95% confidence interval were calculated. The confidence interval was found to be between 12.8603 feet and 18.62038 feet. Possible sources of error and ways to increase accuracy are discussed.
