What is Monkey, Owl, and Bear: A Fable about?

The story is about a yellow-tailed monkey, a big-eyed owl, and a spectacled bear. The monkey and the owl have a competition to see who can last longer without scratching or moving their head, but the monkey tricks the owl by saying that a thief is coming so that he can scratch, and the owl also lies to avoid losing, which means both lose the competition for being liars. Meanwhile, the spectacled bear keeps sleeping.
