Routing Information Protocol (RIP) version 2 is configured on routers R1, R2 and R3 to dynamically share routing tables. RIP uses hop counts to determine the best path, with a maximum of 15 hops before packets are discarded. Each router is configured to advertise directly connected networks using the network command.
