This year I have seen two patients suffering from stress incontinence despite repeated surgery including vaginal repair and retropubic suspension. Each was taking Ismelin, and when this was ceased the incontinence disappeared. Two swallows do not make a summer, but I write this in the hope that it may help some other unfortunate women. It so, I would be interested to hear the details.
