This paper proposes a new intelligent system based on reinforcement learning and deep learning for smart home environments to guarantee good levels of quality of experience for multimedia services. The system aims to reduce the impact on user experience when the classification system achieves low accuracy. The experiments show that the deep learning model achieves better accuracy than KNN and the reinforcement learning system increases quality of experience up to 3.8 on a scale of 10.
