This document provides a utility capacity check report for the installation of a metering skid at the Lome Regulating and Metering Station. It validates the selected pipe and pipeline sizes can transmit the gas flow velocities below 60 ft/s. The selected meter run and pipeline sizes from the Lome RMS to the Kekeli Power Plant were found to be acceptable. It also selects the sizes for instrument/fuel gas, drain, and vent utility lines connecting to the metering skid based on existing line sizes.
