About this document
Controlled Hypotension For FESS by kariz.aravi is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study compares the efficacy of dexmedetomidine and magnesium sulphate for controlled hypotension during functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Results indicate that dexmedetomidine achieves the target mean arterial pressure (MAP) more quickly and with a lower infusion dose than magnesium sulphate. The findings suggest that dexmedetomidine is superior for maintaining a bloodless surgical field in FESS procedures.
