The Supreme Court set aside rulings from the Court of Appeals regarding a property owned by spouses Fernando and Amelia Cruz. The Court of Appeals had found the property to be answerable for the obligations of Millians Shoe, Inc. based on the characterization of Millians Shoe as a close corporation, which would make the spouses personally liable.
