This case report describes a 91-year-old female patient who presented with severe left hip pain after a fall. She fell two days prior and was unable to flex or extend her left hip. Examination revealed tenderness over the greater trochanteric area and X-ray showed a proximal fracture of the left femur that was spiral, non-comminuted, and dislocated.
