The seventh and eighth digits of the IMEI number indicate where the phone was manufactured, with 00 indicating the original factory for best quality, 01 or 10 indicating manufacturing in Finland for very good quality, and 13 indicating assembly in Azerbaijan for very bad quality that could be dangerous to health.
