It is ideal but unrealistic. 2. The Administrative model assumes bounded rationality where decision makers consider limited criteria and alternatives to find a "good enough" solution due to time and motivation constraints. 3. The Retrospective model assumes irrational and biased decision making where the preferred solution is chosen
