Can I read Prototype Design of a Domain-Wall-Based Magnetic Memory Using a Single Layer La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 Thin Film on EtoBox?
Prototype Design of a Domain-Wall-Based Magnetic Memory Using a Single Layer La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 Thin Film is a nonfiction available to read on EtoBox.
What is Prototype Design of a Domain-Wall-Based Magnetic Memory Using a Single Layer La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 Thin Film about?
In this study, a time-and temperature-dependent real space phase field model is employed to simulate the evolution of the microstructures in LSMO specimens. The governing equations of the phase field model contain overdamped Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation, equilibrium equation and Maxwell equations, which is solve by the finite element method. The phase field simulations in this work are realized by a homemade code based on the FEAP software pack.
