What is Rwanda about?

This article evaluates the viability of a Singaporean-modelled developmental approach in Rwanda, analyzing its implementation over 19 years under Vision 2020. While Rwanda has made progress in adopting this model, it has not achieved the same level of success as Singapore and is unlikely to reach middle-income status by 2020. The study concludes that other African nations should consider their unique social and economic contexts when pursuing similar developmental goals.
