The study surveyed 90 people in Palakkad, India on their awareness and satisfaction with cash deposit machines provided by State Bank of India. The results found that 86% of respondents were aware of the machines and 86% were satisfied with them. Over 60% of respondents rated their experience using the machines as excellent.
