The stability of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in aluminum foil pouches was tested over 24 months under various storage conditions. Results showed a survival rate of 95.1% at -18℃, while rates decreased to 65.7% at 25℃ and 38.3% at 37℃ after 24 months. All tested parameters, including water activity and mold count, remained compliant with specifications throughout the study.
