This study evaluated the effect of prenatal counselling on compliance and pregnancy outcomes among 86 teenage pregnant women in Egypt. Women who received counselling showed significantly greater knowledge of health promotion and higher compliance compared to the control group. The counselling group also had better pregnancy outcomes, including a higher rate of full-term births and normal vaginal deliveries, as well as healthier neonates as assessed after birth.
