This document describes a study evaluating the success of a leprosy eradication program in the Lamurukung Health Center region of Bone, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Fifteen respondents were surveyed using total sampling. The results found that the leprosy eradication program was successful for 10 respondents (66.6%), but not successful for 5 respondents (33.3%). It is concluded that the leprosy eradication program in this health center has not been fully successful, as there are still cases that were not cure
