On the planet Gryphon Minor, spores began growing and spawned orks who formed warbands and looted ruined cities. A Big Mek created mechanical monsters to arm the orks for a WAAAGH. Nearby Space Wolves were alerted and Wolf Lord Dieter assembled forces to eliminate the ork threat. Meanwhile, Dark Eldar Archon Lord Reeker planned a raid to prove himself and gain trophies. Unbeknownst to the factions, Gryphon Minor was actually a Tomb World awakening ancient Necrons to defend their planet.
