What is 30-year-old Woman With Diagnosed Ebstein's Anomaly Who Undergoes Physiological Repair Of Congenitally Corrected Transposition Of The Great Arteries about?

## Background: The correlation between congenitally corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries (ccTGA) and ebstein-true anomaly has been poorly described in the literature, and little-to-no informed when linked to a tricuspid stenosis and ventricular septal defect(VSD). Case: A 30-year-old woman comes to the Emergency Room due to a cerebrovascular accident. The patient has a past medical history of ccTGA without ongoing treatment. After initial management, an electrocardiogram and a transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) were performed, revealing a complete AV-block and the presence of ccTGA with tricuspid stenosis and an abnormally positioned tricuspid septal leaflet. As follow-up management, a magnetic resonance angiography is performed, confirming the previous diagnoses and identifying a Carpentier type A Ebsteinʼs-Anomaly (affecting a left-positioned ventricle with 32% atrialization) and a perimembranous VSD (3.5mm). ## Decision-making: A right catheterization showed 4.7 Woods Units, a pulmonary mean pressure of 40 mmHg, a left atrial pressure of 15 mmHg and a systemic valve gradient of 10 mmHg, confirming a mixed (precapillary and postcapillary) pulmonary hypertension hypertens
