What is Germany about?

George Soros analyzes the euro crisis and argues that Germany must either lead Europe in a more benevolent way by establishing a level playing field between debtors and creditors and allowing higher inflation, or leave the euro. If Germany left the euro, it would depreciate in value, easing the debt burden in debtor countries and allowing them to regain competitiveness through cheaper exports and more expensive imports.
