The study evaluated seven tomato cultivars in the Gambella region of Ethiopia to identify high-yielding varieties under irrigated conditions. Results showed that the Melkasalsa cultivar produced the largest fruit and highest yield, followed by Bishola, while significant differences were observed among all growth and yield parameters except for days to 50% flowering. The findings suggest that Melkasalsa and Bishola are the most productive cultivars for tomato growers in the Bonga area.
