This document presents a study establishing cutoff values for TREC and KREC copy numbers in newborn screening to identify primary immunodeficiency diseases in Iran. The study analyzed samples from healthy newborns, PID patients, and over 2000 anonymized newborn samples. Cutoffs of <11 copies for TREC and <6 copies for KREC correctly identified all PID patients in the study.
