This research article analyzes the finite element analysis of a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite pressure vessel for various fiber orientation angles using ANSYS software. The pressure vessel is modeled with four layers of CFRP with ply orientations of [+15°/-15°], [+30°/-30°], [+45°/-45°], [+60°/-60°], [+75°/-75°], and [+90°/-90°]. For each fiber orientation, the vessel deflection and stress are obtained. Results show that deflection decreases and equivalent stress increases as fiber angle
