This study compares the effects of green nano-zinc (GNZ), market nano-zinc (MNZ), and inorganic zinc (IZ) on the antioxidant status, meat quality, and mineral deposition in broiler chickens. Results indicated that feeding chickens 80 ppm of either GNZ or MNZ significantly improved antioxidant levels, reduced fat and cholesterol content in meat, and enhanced bone mineralization compared to IZ.
