What is Psychological Incapacity in Marriage Nullity about?

The Supreme Court denied the petition for nullity of marriage. It ruled that a marriage without a license is still valid unless declared void by a court. While certifications stated no license was issued, this is not enough to void the marriage which existed for 25 years, during which both parties recognized their marital union. Psychological incapacity was also not established. The sanctity of marriage and family takes precedence over technicalities regarding licenses.
