What is Cognitive Restructuring in Building Tech Students about?

This study examines the effects of cognitive and psycho-productive restructuring interventions on the interest and self-efficacy beliefs of building technology students in Kebbi State, Nigeria. Results from a quasi-experimental design involving 120 students indicated significant improvements in the experimental group compared to the control group.
