This research article studied the vitamin C content of various fruits and vegetables from the local Davanagere city market in India. The vitamin C content was determined using the volumetric indophenol method. The results found that lemon contained the highest amount of vitamin C among fruits at 40.48 mg/100g, while banana contained the least at 18.65 mg/100g.
