About this document
Secondary Rhinoplasty for Cleft Lip Repair by yll is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This case report discusses the use of autologous costal cartilage grafts in secondary open structural rhinoplasty for patients with cleft lip and palate (CLP). A retrospective study involving eight patients showed significant improvements in nasal symmetry and projection after surgery, with a mean follow-up of six months. The findings suggest that this surgical approach is effective for correcting nasal deformities associated with CLP, although it requires careful planning and execution.
