This study examined the effect of incorporating the antifungal drug clotrimazole into silicone soft denture liners on inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans fungus. Disk-shaped specimens of silicone soft liner with and without clotrimazole were stored in water for 1, 30, or 60 days and washed daily.
