About this document

CSP Changes in Type 2 Diabetes Neuropathy by Dr Neurophysiologie is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study evaluates cutaneous silent period (CSP) changes in Type 2 diabetic patients with small fiber neuropathy (SFN) compared to healthy controls. Results show that patients had significantly longer CSP latency and shorter duration in the lower extremities, indicating potential early signs of neuropathy despite normal nerve conduction studies. The findings suggest that CSP evaluation may provide valuable insights into the electrophysiological assessment of diabetic patients with SFN.
