This study aimed to determine the frequency of BCR-ABL transcripts in mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) cases and correlate the results with hematological remission status after initial induction therapy. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect BCR-ABL transcripts in 10 MPAL cases.
