What is District 12 about?

The skit announces the districts competing in a hunger games style tournament, with Texas A&M as district 12. When their tribute is chosen, a volunteer takes their place as the 12th man. The other districts underestimate Texas A&M. However, Texas A&M outperforms the other districts through academics, athletics and the Aggie Network, ultimately defeating the Capitol district to be the sole survivor and winner.
