Ralsch captured footage from the STS-48 mission that showed strange objects. The footage was analyzed by NASA engineer Vince DiPietro who initially thought it may show proof of UFOs. However, after further investigation, NASA scientists concluded the objects were just ice crystals spun by rocket exhaust. While initially intriguing, upon deeper examination, DiPietro also determined the objects were likely just ordinary phenomena and not evidence of aliens.
