1) Applicants submit documentary requirements through the EVOSS system for a renewable energy contract application. 2) The ITMS-ISD checks the submission for completeness within 3 days and notifies the applicant if anything is missing. 3) If complete, the EVOSS system notifies the applicant and REMB division to start the area verification process within 14 days. 4) Once area verification is complete, the EVOSS system sets the application process to complete.
