The integrated intensities of a series of 1-olefins, hexene through tridecene, were measured. In all cases the compounds were studied as pure liquids. The integrated intensities were obtained by direct integration using the Cabana Sandorfy method. The results are discussed in relation to the instrumental parameters necessary to record true band shapes and intensities. (Author)
