What is Tassa 2021 about?

The document presents PC-SyncBB, a novel privacy-preserving algorithm for Distributed Constraint Optimization Problems (DCOPs) that is secure against collusion among agents, addressing a gap in previous studies that assumed agents acted independently. The algorithm operates under the assumption of an honest majority and offers various privacy guarantees, including topology, constraint, and decision privacy. Performance evaluations indicate that PC-SyncBB is efficient and feasible for problems involving up t
