This study examines the impact of training and development and employee engagement on employee performance in medium manufacturing enterprises in Malaysia. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 280 employees, which was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The study found that training and development positively affect employee performance by improving employee engagement.
